Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps process and release trauma. We provide virtual therapy across Pennsylvania and in-person counseling in Chester County, PA. Sessions are available online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform or in-person at 257 W. Uwchlan Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335.

We accept Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield to help make therapy more accessible. If you’re out-of-network or choosing to pay privately, we can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your coverage.
